What to do and not to do!
It is safe for most women to exercise throughout their entire pregnancy. Most women are also able to start formal exercise from 6 weeks (natural birth) or 8 weeks (cesarean section) postpartum.
If you are planning on exercising during or after your pregnancy, it is important to be aware of what is going on inside your body and how your training should be adapted accordingly. Some changes might be obvious, however there are many less obvious adaptations that you may not be aware of. It is important that you understand and respect the changes your body is going through.
